Players must play to current handicaps on the day of their match.
Matches are to be best of three 13-point games.  Each game is recorded separately on the handicap card.  Thus, the index of a person winning a match by two games to nil will increase by 20 points (and the loser’s will decrease by 20 points).  Note that the result of the first game of a match might cause you to pass a handicap trigger point.  Any change of handicap does not take place immediately, but only at the end of the day’s play.  So you play the whole match with the handicap you started with.
